Festival 15

In today’s world of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, where entertainment comes in bite-sized chunks and everyone has the means to claim their 15 minutes of fame, what better way to show that live theatre is still relevant than with our Fifteen Minute Festival.
Participants are challenged to put on a short theatre piece lasting no more than 15 minutes and with no more than 4 players. This is not a competition, it’s a fun showpiece for what theatre can be all about, bringing in theatre groups and performers from all over the area.

Now in its third brilliant year, we are bringing back our festival of short works (anything you like so long as it is 15 minutes or less). We’ve got a very interesting line up with a number of DDOS members having written material specifically for the event plus a few wandering minstrels joining in the fun from other companies.
